We booked a room with 3 beds but the last bed not made so we had to make the bed ourself. There was only 2 bathrubs, 2 glasses. Nothing was prepared for the third person.

The hotel looked nice and the rooms had everything you could need. But… there was a problem with my reservation and they no longer had a room for 3 people so we had to split in 2 rooms. That was okay in the end. But the biggest problem was the horrible smell in my room. We had a dog so we had reserved a room that is suitable for dogs. The smell of a dog in our room was so strong that our son refused to sleep there. Luckily we had two rooms at this point.

The hotel is situated right in the city center with very easy and quick access to the shopping street and also to the beach front. Nice restaurants in the area. The drawbacks are the breakfast and the lifts. The breakfast is very unorganized and there is not enough room to sit all guests. You have to wait in a relatively long line, and inside the breakfast room the various things are placed in a very peculiar order, that makes the lines even longer. The lifts are very slow and creates long waiting lines. One lift was out of order from Saturday afternoon through Sunday - leaving one lift for 13 floors. Not optimal.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

We had a room on 10th floor with a very nice view over the city and harbour. The hotel is new and good sound isolated, we did not hear any notice even though our room was next to the elevator. Rooms are not big, but fine.The free breakfast is ok, but to many people and staff have a very hard time to fill up,so unless you go early expect quees.

Sorry to say but the welcome we were not even told our room number...and the breakfast is a kind of mc donalds style..for 172 € great pleasure ) the room was nice but "cleaning" in our days seems to be a diy thing..

Only one poor girl was working her as of in the reception and two others were standing there watching here work and watching the line grow. The room did not have any bed sheets so we had to sleep with the mattress and duvet without covers. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The butter packs was expired. I do not see a reason to choose this hotel again.
