Despite my concerns after some negative reviews, my partner and I booked this accomodation as there was nothing else available. We found the front desk service excellent, and the rooms, although a little dated, perfectly clean and comfortable. Have no hesitation in recommending it. Well located a short stroll from the very good and modern bowling club

When we arrived there was a notice to say you have to boil tap water to drink due to E.coli problems but no bottles of water available in the fridge,no tea bags or milk either. We travel all over nsw and this property is the most expensive that we stay at which is nearly monthly. We are disappointed in the way the prices have gone up but the standard is declining.

Whilst it's okay this place could do with some improvement.
There's only 1 dryer in the laundry but it doesn't work. So our room has clothes hanging all over to dry. The glasses in the room weren't clean. We were warned not to drink the water as they have gone e-coli in it. Therefore I thought the least they could do was change the used cups, glasses and cutlery when they did the room in the morning as there's no way to clean them in the room. The provided biscuits weren't replenished (only 2 were used with our tea).
