Day One Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

This property is great, clean grounds with beautiful views. The breakfast was awesome, lots of options and always fresh. We did a spa /masssage and really enjoy it. I would recommend it his place and will be back.

Our stay at this hotel was truly an exceptional and memorable experience. From the very first moment of arrival, the high standard of service, attention to detail, and impeccable organization were immediately evident. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and provided a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was outstanding in every aspect. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients, refined flavors, and a well-curated menu. Mr. Sinan, working in the restaurant, demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. He was constantly attentive to the guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring that everyone felt genuinely welcomed and fully satisfied. At the bar, Mr. Berk impressed us with his warm smile and friendly manner while preparing some of the finest and most well-presented drinks. His positive energy truly enhanced the overall experience. In addition, Mr. Mert at the reception provided us with a wonderful first impression. His professional, courteous, and welcoming approach from the very first minutes of our arrival made us feel comfortable and valued. The only minor inconvenience during our stay was the lack of hot water in the shower, as the water was cold at times, which made showering slightly challenging. Exceptional friendly staff! From arrival to departure we experienced nothing but friendly people. The breakfast was high quality including a range of food and beverages made especially by request. The hotel is quite small and it almost felt like the staff was family. Only one thing confused us and should be improved. When looking at the pictures we got the impression the pool and the peer is included in the hotel package as it is a part of the hotel without any visible marks. It shows significant additional costs must be paid to use these areas known as "Beach Club". This should obviously clearly have been mentioned in advance and I decide to believe this is a failure and not on purpose since all other aspects was perfect! The beach area is great and there is plenty of sunbeds available. Gym is great. Rooms are great. The distance from Alanya is great. Far enough away to obtain a quiet atmosphere and close enough to reach city center in 5 minutes. We would be happy to visit again - best recommendations!
