Excellent facilities and professional staffs. Just infront of the beach. And the management went beyond their polcies to help us when we had an emergency situation . We will be back again

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely hard working and accommodating. Typhoon provided great entertainment and the chef did a great job with meals. Food was fresh with lots of options He was also friendly and chatted with guests.
The rooms were okay. They were small and a bit outdated. The bathroom needs renovation. Overall, the building is being renovated bit by bit so hopefully they will be updated in the future.

We booked this hotel after having a bad experience with a different hotel on kleopatra beach and we are so happy we did. The hotel is very clean and upto date with modern features. The property has 3 pools 1 big and 2 small. Also one with a slide. The pool bars are very good but not much choice alcohol wise. We couldn’t fault the staff they were very accommodating especially with our 2 year old child. The only thing what we thought let’s this hotel down is the food. It’s mostly eggs,salad and bread but apart from that the hotel is really good don’t be put off by that as there is snacks during the day which are really tasty
