Great place, only 5 minutes by car from Funchal centre, has such an amazing breakfast and the room was very comfortable. The TV had no internet connection so Netflix didnt work but thats not a big issue. Two pools + a jacuzzi was very nice.

At the top of every steep hill even the transfers doggo up it you have to drag your cases the 50 metres donw the hill to be picked up. If anything changes they just keep your .only no flexibility on date changes and no refund. 😬

Generally, the hotel was good, however, the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the corridors wasn't the best. On the other hand, the breakfast was great.

Their furnitures are so dirty. The front desk gave me a breakfast voucher saying it’s 10% off for breakfast and when I pay when checking out, they told me I had to show at the restaurant and they couldn’t do anything about it when paying at front desk. Very inflexible and stupid.
