Hotel is very close to the Shinkansen station. It’s so convenient.

The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!

The breakfast buffet is excellent with both Japanese and Western fare. Very tasty. Also appreciated the location near both the bullet train and the subway. The people at the front desk were thoughtful and helpful. We'll be back.
