    We recently stayed at one of the private pool villas at Civilai Hill Khao Yai, and it was hands-down the best pool villa experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property offers far more value than what we paid — the level of luxury, service, and privacy exceeded all our expectations. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and a thoughtful welcome gift for our son, making us feel instantly special and cared for. The villa itself is absolutely fabulous. The interior design is elegant, spacious, and perfectly equipped, while the stunning outdoor private pool is the highlight — ideal for both relaxation and family fun. We particularly loved the private sauna, a rare and wonderful amenity that many villas simply don’t offer. It added a true spa-like touch to our stay. Beyond the impressive amenities, the service was truly top-notch. Every staff member treated us like honoured guests, with genuine warmth and attention to every small detail. You can tell they are exceptionally well-trained — their professionalism and thoughtfulness shone through in even the minor acts. One of the biggest surprises (and joys) was the incredible sense of privacy. Even though the resort was almost fully booked during our stay, we barely encountered any other guests. It felt like we had the entire beautiful property to ourselves — perfect for a peaceful family getaway. If we had to find something to criticize, it would be a few minor points: the in-room massage service could be more professional, the hair dryer and water pressure were not quite strong enough, and the BBQ set-up price felt a bit on the expensive side. That said, these are small details that didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. Other than that, the experience was perfect. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and would highly recommend Civilai Hill Khao Yai’s private pool villas to anyone looking for a luxurious, private, and memorable escape in Khao Yai. This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
