    The reception staff were genuinely friendly and went the distance to help. Room was comfortable and everything was very clean. The included breakfast on the 7th floor was a huge surprise, the choice of food was very remarkable and fresh. The views from there were a bonus. Highly recommended

    Our room was on the first floor and so small, with window to the small backyard with other windows against us that we couldn’t open curtain and I felt claustrophobic. So hotel is good but I would upgrade the room next time. Breakfast is generous with wide variety.

    Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The shower drain was completely clogged, and when we tried to shower, the entire bathroom flooded, soaking the floor and our clothes. No staff member was available to clean or address the issue, so we were forced to clean the mess ourselves. The only solution provided was a key to a separate room that employees use to shower, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the air conditioning in our room was not blowing cold air. It was over 90 degrees that day, and after a long travel day, this made the situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of moving us to a new room, the hotel only gave us temporary access to another room for one night until maintenance could look at it. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Thankfully, someone in our group was able to kill and remove it, but this was the last thing we expected in our room. Overall, the lack of timely staff support, poor room conditions, and inadequate solutions made this stay very frustrating and not worth the cost.
