    Stayed for three nights at approximately *** per night including taxes—a rate that far exceeds the value provided. Breakfast was consistently underwhelming. The scrambled eggs on the first morning were unappetizing: slimy and poorly prepared. At this price point, basic amenities fell short—no ceramic mugs were available for coffee, only disposable paper and plastic cups, which significantly detract from the experience. On the final night, the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor. When reported to the front desk, the staff member offered no immediate solution, such as relocating us to another room, and simply stated that the carpet would be shampooed the following day—after our departure. Evening front desk service was notably unfriendly: delivered in a flat, monotonous tone with no warmth or engagement. Daily housekeeping is not standard but provided only upon request—an unacceptable policy for a hotel charging these rates. Without specifically asking, used towels were not replaced and the room and bathroom remained uncleaned. During breakfast, guests were approached by a salesperson aggressively promoting vacation packages—an intrusive and inappropriate tactic that disrupted the meal. Overall, the property is significantly overpriced given the substandard food, inconsistent service, and lack of attention to guest comfort. I cannot recommend it.
