Perfect breakfast with hot meal options - omelet, sausages and boiled eggs, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh-beaked croissants and bread. Excellen fresh cheese (similar tom greek yogurt). Expresso and coffee from coffee maker.

This is an inner city hotel, so I wasn't expecting the rooms to be large, or even moderately sized. That said, the bathroom is bigger than some I've stayed in. The lift though, is comically small. Certainly not one to use if you're afraid of tight space. What isn't great though, is the internet speed, which I measured at 0.01mbit. Yes, that slow. I mentioned it at the front desk but it was never fixed during my stay. The location is fine, it's a few minutes walk from old town. Plus the hotel has a deal with a nearby underground Poste carpark. As is the case in French underground car parks. the bays seem to be have sized around original Fiat 500s and Minis, the cars from the 1950s and 1960s. Modern cars, even modestly sized modern cars are going to have a heck of a job squeezing into bays this tiny.

Great place and reasonably priced for Annecy. Absolutely delightful reception staff - they were 20/10. Bed was super comfortable and room was adequate with brilliant air conditioning. Would stay here again.

this hotel is very conveniently located near downtown and the bus depot. the balcony was nice as well as the breakfast tat opens early. Friendly and helpful staff. would recommend.

The side mattress in the room had not be changed when we arrived, but was quickly replaced. There were lots of noise from the street, and noise can be heard between rooms and between levels. Breakfast was quite limited, but ok, though organisation was not optimal. Saw a plate left by a client on the buffet, that was there for at least 15 minutes without staff noticing. Not worth the money.

I guess, you get what you pay for.... the room smelled with mold or something like this, no safe. Not possible to set AC lower than 22C, message comes up ECo - they are eco-friendly. The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful, no issues there. The breakfast is ok, by US standards - excellent.

Although I can see that the cleaning staff tried their best to clean the bathroom, it was still showing molds on around the edges of the tub/shower area. The toilet shows stains and dirty. Carpet in the room looks very dated and does not looked like it gets vacuumed that often. The duvet cover looked old. Everything just was very dated. The hotel room really needs to be updated. Overall, not a comfortable stay. No fridge in the room and internet connection was poor.

Excellent hotel. Nice spacious room, clean, good wifi and very close to everything like the lake, the old town. Plenty of restaurants around, great bakery at the corner. The staff at the reception are very friendly and ready to help. We enjoy our stay

Not cheap, not clean, not well maintained. The carpet in our room was dirty, paint peeling off the woodwork and a strange smell that the four air fresheners on top of the wardrobe couldn’t mask. The bathroom was clean though, and the shower good. The bed was clean and comfortable. We certainly wouldn’t stay again, especially as it wasn’t even a cheap hotel. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

While the location was central, and the overall cleanliness level not bad, the room had a hideously bad damp/unclean/stuffy smell that was almost unbearable. We were too tired to look for another place to stay and we had paid for the room and had an early start in the morning so we had to live with it for the one night we had. But I would not recommend this to anyone and it definitely was not 3 stars. Also the hotels partner parking garage was full and we had to pay almost 25€ for the parking.

The location was great and the room was fine and clean. It was really reasonable. However, the staff just didn’t seem to bother welcoming guests or speak to them. The only smile that you will see is the wooden structure at the reception. I appreciate that we are in France and English is limited but the body language and manner were extremely rude. The worst encounter was with the room maid. We had returned to our room which had not been serviced approximately 3pm and wanted to relax, so my husband had asked for fresh towels and no room service. She refused to give him fresh towels. I had slightly better luck. She refused to take my used towels and shouted at me to put them in her bag! After depositing, 2 bath, 2 hand and a bath mat , I was given one hand and one bath. So rude.

If you are coming in your own car, there’s no parking. Hotel shares with a public parking which can randomly be closed. There’s not even a bay for offloading luggage. Hotel in Expedia advertises parking available which is incorrect. You are better off booking at Novotel which has secure parking just below the hotel
