The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.

The attitude and the proffisionalty was zero with The staff i met was so impolite and the rest of team un helpful room was so low than pictures i was shocked with the smell at the room an elevator.

Staffs are friendly. The hotel building is old. Water at sink didn't drain well. Location is very good. There are many restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast is really good!

This hotel should warn guests that they will hear the nightclub until 4am in the morning. When I checked in, I asked if the hotel had a quiet bar, the receptionist politely laughed and indicated that they didn't but they did have a nightclub and that is why they put me on for 3rd floor (nightclub on the 1st floor) I was tired after a busy week and I just wanted to sleep. The music didn't stop until around 4am. The guidesheet in the room under the table glass indicated the night club closed at 3am, but I think it stayed open until 4am. I made the reception aware of my complaint when checking out and they show some sympathy, but it was clear nothing was going to get done about this. I suggested that wlthey must get many complaints about this and they agreed, but clearly this is in issue that will not be going away. This hotel is clearly designed for those who want to party all night and if that's what you're looking for, I recommend it. I however, like to sleep when I stay in a hotel, so this wasn't for me. The signature hotel marina and barsha heights are however excellent. I'm sure many people get mixed up due to two of the hotels sounding very similar 'barsha' and 'barsha heights' are different hotels, might be mixed up often.

Signature Hotel Al Barsha is a gem. They treat their guests with dignity and respect and are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price it feels like it. The room I had was clean and well equipped and the air freshener they used was divine (I even wanted to find out what they used so I could take some home with me!). If you are looking for a good value in Dubai, this is it. You won't regret it!

It was a not smoking room but our room smelled a lot smoke inside that it was hard to breathe and my pyjamas smelled smoke also. I couldn’t sleep well because of the club music thats inside the hotel one floor down. I strongly dont recommend this place for family or kids staying here.

Hotel reception team are not fit to do this job , they are very aggressive and not negotiable .. Room floor dusty , toilet sealing has water leakage , the towels smelling bad …all over the elevators and corridors smelling very bad as well . Not recommended .

Hotel was very good. Ahmed at the reception was very accomodating and quickly got me a room. The room was big and roomy. air conditioner worked well. Internet was fast. Room could use more lighting. Only bath towels were provided. Hand towels had to be asked for. Would definitely stay again. For the money was an excellent value. walking distance to Mall of the Emirates or Metro station.
