We rented this condo during the holiday, and overall it was a good stay for the price. Pros: The price is very reasonable, especially for a studio unit that comes with a bed, kitchen, big fridge, induction cooker, plates, utensils, cooking tools, and a washing machine. Having a washing machine is very convenient, especially for families or guests staying for a longer time. The location is great, with easy access to transportation, and there are convenience stores downstairs for basic needs. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel, but for the price, it is definitely worth the money, especially for long-term stays. Cons: The biggest issue was the miscommunication about the location. We expected to stay at U Mall, but were moved to Star Bay, which is about a 5-minute walk away. Since we were traveling with kids, senior citizens, strollers, and lots of luggage, this was frustrating. It would have been much better if they had informed us in advance. Do not expect daily housekeeping, since this is more like an Airbnb setup rather than a hotel. It would be clearer if they listed it that way. The convenience stores downstairs are helpful, but prices are higher than regular local supermarkets. Overall: I would still recommend this condo, especially for longer stays, because the amenities and price are good. Just manage your expectations—it’s a practical and budget-friendly place, not a hotel with full services.
