Location is quiet, great views and lots of greenery.

Lovely property and Johnny is a great host. The location is a lovely little village with easy beach access and lots of restaurants. The big water jugs are a great idea and we loved our balcony.

we loved blondies, it was the escape from hustle and bustle and constant travelling activities that we needed. The location is beautiful in my opinion, not on the busy area of the island but in a more chilled out remote area- still has an array of restaurants and convience stores for your needs, and Sok San beach was lovely for swimming. Johnny was kind and helpful, even shouting us a beer when we arrived. The room we had was great, the bed was large and comfortable, two fans that worked well, a clean bathroom with hot water, and a balcony to sit out front. Being here felt like going back in time to the early 2000's in the absolute best way, It was nice to have a detox off our phones and be without reception and wifi and soak up the sun, swim, read and relax.

This is hard to say! the only thing that was slightly difficult was the room was very warm due to no air conditioning, but we are aware we came at one of the hottest months in the year so that makes a difference. The 2 fans worked well to take the edge off, and it was fine for a couple nights. Warning to bring plently of CASH with you to the island, especially sok san area as there is NO atms, and we had to go to one specific restaurant with bad, expensive food to get more cash out.

Der Eigentümer John hebt unterwegs Plastikmüll auf und hält sein Grundstück gepflegt, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist in Südostasien. Bei Fragen steht er jederzeit zur Verfügung und versorgt die Gäste bereits vor Ankunft mit relevanten Informationen. Die Terrasse mit Hängematten und Sesseln bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenaufgang.

Leider wirken die Bungalows renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Bäder können einen Wechsel der Armaturen und des Spiegels vertragen. Die Warmwasserzufuhr ist leider nur von kurzer Dauer. Eine Durchlüftung des Bungalows ist kaum möglich, da Tür und Fenster beide Richtung Osten ausgerichtet sind. Die Nächte boten trotz Ventilatoren daher aufgrund der sehr warmen, stickigen Luft leider wenig Erholung. Die Türen sind bereits verzogen und ließen sich nicht gut schließen. Die Preise sind mit 55 US$ pro Nacht somit zu hoch für die angebotene Unterkunft.
