    On arrival we were given the worst room which was smelly, dark, had a depressing side view of run down buildings it was the furthest point away from hotel facilities we asked to be moved straight away and was told to come to reception following morning I said NO we need to be moved now please ….so we was moved to an average apartment, first night no AC had to sleep with doors open with all the noise from Old Town until the early hours, AC repaired the next day. There is a bath in room but NO plug so shower only - not our preference prefer bath. Very noisy with lots of kids there were no places to sit around the pool had to go to beach. There are no restaurants, coffee shops etc within the surrounding area of the hotel only the hotel restaurant and bar serving light food so you have to grab taxi, shuttle or walk down the grubbiest, trodden in dog poop and rubbish everywhere steepest steps, we walked back up a couple of times late at night, not to be advised, didn’t feel safe. Anyway I could go on. To summarize as a couple we were very dissatisfied with Atlantico and unfortunately do not recommend and will not be returning.

    We've recently stayed here and we got apartment 301. No view whatsoever, no sun at all. I guess u get what u pay for but come on it was the worst apartment in the whole complex in my opinion only. Would definitely stay again but definitely not the same apartment 😕

    The elevator broke on our 2nd day at the hotel. This wouldn't have been a major problem apart from we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs each time we wanted to get to our room. Again no major problem, these things happen, except we had a 3 month old baby in a pram with us. We asked twice a day, every day for the rest of our stay if we could move rooms or when the lift was going to be fixed, and each time were fobbed off by reception. Having to carry the baby in a pram up and down 4 flights of stairs a few times a day really put a dampener on the trip. I emailed when I got back to resolve and received no reply. Really disappointing levels of customer service
