We stayed at Regency Hotel in Gammarth for three days as a family. At the beginning of our stay, we faced some issues that left us feeling disappointed. However, thanks to the remarkable support of the young Guest Relations Officer, who was on her very first day of work(( Lilia )) the guest relation , our experience completely changed. She listened carefully to our concerns and responded with genuine care and efficiency.
We are also grateful to the Hotel Manager and the team for their constant communication and follow-up until our departure. Their dedication turned what started as a frustrating experience into a pleasant and memorable stay.

I am surprised that Agoda do not check reviews and the hotels perfor.ance. I do also blame Agoda because the raring given is higher than the hotel current state. I think that if Agoda was ore accurate in the rating I wouldn't have booked here . To be accurate food is very good and staff are very nice but the hotel setting and condition is awful and it is very boring.

Yesterday when I arrived, I stay at the reception area for three hours waiting to give me a room !!!! And I electricity cut two× one at afternoon and the second time at night and every time for one hour and a half …. I’m sure this facility should be two stars maximum three stars. It’s my worst experience ever.
