    The hallways are dark. They only use emergency lights that you have to get so close to to light up. The rooms do not have enough lights. Most of the chandeliers and pin lights have no light bulbs. The windows are small, the curtains are very dated. There are dark corners in the hallways, random service areas on the way to my room, and a dark service staircase just across my door. Only the lobby is well lit. In another room, the bed of my companion had stains. And in another room there was a random door which opens to a service area outside the building.

    I booked a suite room for a night only but I will never ever book with them again. WiFi is totally not connected the whole time. Staff said they'll check on it but they never give any feedback. Free breakfast is also terrible, not worthy of the price we're paying. Aircon is not giving enough cold. TV version is very outdated.
