    I booked this hotel weeks ago coz of the good reviews. We arrived in Bohol yesterday, Sep. 18, 2026 @ 2 AM. We went to the hotel right after we arrived, and I told the reception guy that we have a booking today, Sep. 18. But since we arrived earlier than the expected time, I asked him if there was any other way, like just paying for the excess hours. However, his answer was that there was no other option—he said we needed to pay 1,350, which is equivalent to a 1-day stay. I explained to him that if we paid that, it would feel like a double booking and we’d be at a loss. I asked him nicely if there was any other way he could help us since we aren't from Bohol and had nowhere else to stay. I honestly don't know why he responded that way. I personally worked in a hotel, but that’s not how we treated our guests. It was our first time here in Bohol, and this was our very first encounter. Anyway, we won't ruin our day just because of that receptionist guy. But hopefully next time, they can at least offer a little help or some assurance. We went out to look for a motel to had a sleep for 3hours & went back to the hotel @ 6:30am for early check in. When we enter the room, it was big, i like it coz they have vanity area. The room was big enough for two. When we enter the room it was a bit messy, they forget to empty the bin. Also, the lobby was hot.

    The price is ok but still it's not good to recommend. The aircon is There is no free electric kettle for coffee and no free coffee. Even the hot water is for sale for P5 per cup. The aircon isn't working properly. It's not in good sleeping condition. WiFI is very slow. The toilet won't flush. The shower is very hot and could not be adjusted to cool, even the faucet very hot same with the shower. The water pressure is very low. I complained to the staff but to no avail. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and they rarely smiled or showed warmth toward the guests. Generally, it's only 1 star for me.
