The highlight of this time staying in Silka hotel tsuen wan was when we have hesitation of the cleaniness and environment, the supervisor Willing to help and make us feel comfortable by offering us free upgrade the room. Dont like sometimes have other visitors smoke everywhere when there are sings of No smoking.

The room was too small for three adults and three luggage no area to place them on. Had to push them to outside bathroom to gain access to beds, desk and pull curtains.
The staff must have had problems too as they were unable walk around bed by window to tidy as cases had to be placed on bed to use floor space

Service & facility is good. Room is small for 2 people with luggage. Blanket had stain & found hair in the bedding.
