The hotel itself was great, clean and comfortable and very roomy! The man at the front desk is very nice! The lady who works at the desk is a bit ridiculous with her room key policy! They give you 1 key only at check in (most give you at least 2). Don't loose yours because she charges $2 cash or $7 if you pay with card for another room key. I had locked mine in the room so I asked for another. She would even walk up stairs and use her master key she said she had because "they don't get paid to do that" . Me my husband and 4 yr old daughter sat outside in our car in the parking lot locked out with all of our stuff in our room. We finally scrounged up $2 in change for a key. Thanks just ridiculous!
