Staff were most helpful at all times- Reception, housekeeping, waiters. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and gluten free when requested. Dinner was excellent - lamb chops with pistachio crust were heavenly! The pool is lovely and kept spotless. Would visit again.

Pool and garden area nice. The rest is Motel 8 with 4 star price tag. Front desk staff (except the late shift man on our last night) were alarmingly rude and seem to know nothing about Agrigento. We honestly stayed for the pool, which is why we chose the most budget room. Online, paying a couple of extra hundred dollars a night for the rooms they were offering didn’t seem worth it. Once there and we saw other rooms available, an upgrade was definitely not worth it. The room would not make this any better. That being said, a client shouldn’t be insulted for choosing the economy room upon check-in. Furthermore, even economy rooms should have functioning windows, fridges, beds that were promised, and showers that do not leave hurricane like floods all over the bathroom. Rude front desk staff. Poolside beds cheap and not adjustable. Restaurant listed, mediocre quality, and expensive. Breakfast has decent options. Ok quality. Location is ok. it would be useful to know that most places you’d want go from the hotel are about a hilly kilometre and a half away. That being said, that one way Taxi will cost you about €20. What front desk somehow unaware of is that there is a bus stop outside and it cost €1.70 to go to those same places. It’s super easy. The ride into town takes maybe a minute longer than a taxi would. After 9 PM, a taxi is your only option and there’s nothing really close to the hotel that is open late. This could make a difference for people who like to wander. If you want service & comfort, go somewhere else.
