We were greeted by the owner in the street, what a charming gentleman, so helpful and friendly!
We were able to check in slightly earlier than expected which was great.
Excellent location, plenty of restaurants nearby, not to mention the most amazing gelato!
It was very clean and the room was spacious.
Excellent breakfast, the owner even offered to cook us eggs!
It’s a great place but possibly a little more tired than the pictures show, but honestly it’s nothing that would stop me staying here again, it’s a great hotel and I highly recommend it.

The location was excellent for walking or buses or trains. The room was spotless. Ottavio looked after us as if we were family. He gave us great information, fantastic breakfasts and was very helpful and generous. Google said that there aren’t buses to the valley of the temples. But there are and Ottavio helped us with that and other travel questions.

The host was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful. He prepared recommendations for restaurants and provided a map with all the main attractions, which was really appreciated.
The apartment was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony was also lovely, with a beautiful view.
The location is perfect – only about a 5-minute walk to the city center.

The location was wonderful, easy access to the train station, short walk to the old part of town, close to restaurants and gelato, view to the Mediterranean, easy check in and check out, generous breakfast, elevator access for luggage, very clean, good climate control. It was cold when we were there so we appreciated the heating options, sadly it was too cold to enjoy the balcony, the photos were accurate
