I was on a business trip and had to extend my stay due to unforeseen last minute events. I'd have been content with a typical hotel stay available during my time. But then I saw this hotel and decided to give it a try. What a hidden gem this place is! The architecture and interior decoration are top notch, the lake view and how they arranged the outdoor seating area are very pretty and practical. It's like you get transported to somewhere in Europe, in the heart of California. Tasteful and timeless.
Ms. Carla, the manager, is so well put together, experienced, and kind. The staff members also reflect that professionalism and level of care. They go out of their way to make sure the guests are well taken care of.
Overall, I loved my stay here and definitely plan to come back.

It felt magical especially when sitting outside my balcony and feeling the sprinkles of aqua hit your face … the water the lights was purfect

This place is amazing. Extremely well kept.
My wife and I only disappointment was we paid for breakfast with our stay and the hotel was not able to provide this and said they could not refund us or make any accommodation. That was a very bid disappointment. That was the selling point my wife liked by seeing the pictures of the hotel. I gave it the low star rating because of this. I have tried to work things out with the hotel but they have ghosted me with no response. It has been 5 days so they dont care. Which is sad.
