    I really like the hotel vibe and staff but I got really pissed off when I found out the cleaner checks all the sheets and towels for stains - as a reason to charge for replacements or extra cleaning!!. I was also told by one of the staff not to dirty a hand towel which I’d used to wipe a stain off my white trainers. I was told it was a first free warning. I am disgusted the staff report of sheets and towel conditions - made me feel uncomfortable and I won’t tolerate being told how to use towels - they get paid enough through the daily rate charged and towel cleaning services are dirt cheap in thailand. Wash your towels at 90 degrees and stop spying on guest activities !! I don’t blame the staff - I blame hotel management / owner for absurd pathetic policies the staff have to enforce. I won’t be bringing my guests to this hotel.

    We like to visit this boutique hotel when we visit Pattaya/Jomtien. The hotel is located in a call area where you can easily relax. The rooms are clean and fresh. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! 10+ stars :)

    If you like a quiet really nicely made swimming pool you should go to this hotel. It is fun to swim there and you only see green sorroundings. Very well done. The rooms are nothing special but totally ok and the bed was nice. If I would put something out I did not like it was the breakfast. You had not a big choice and the cappucino had to be paid extra. OK - I can live with it - but you would like to be outstanding in a positive way - something like that I have not seen in many other hotels that standard. But all in all - a great location you should book.
