    The property projects itself as a luxury hotel, but the overall experience does not justify the premium pricing. Service felt rushed and intrusive; waitstaff repeatedly asked if we were done with our food. Staff conversations were loud, frequent, and disruptive to the dining atmosphere. Felt more like the staff didn't have any formal training. Staff were overheard multiple times making inappropriate and unprofessional remarks about other guests immediately after they left, even in the presence of remaining diners, which was highly uncomfortable and unacceptable. Hygiene standards were poor: food temperature was checked by hand, and bread/solid items were served with bare hands instead of utensils. Air conditioning was inconsistent and switched off intermittently, affecting comfort. Complimentary water was served in shared jugs rather than sealed bottles, which felt inappropriate at this price point. At the buffet, water was pre-poured into open glasses, making it vulnerable to dust and contamination. Overall hygiene and professionalism were severely lacking, detracting significantly from the experience.
