This hotel has a good location, but is poorly managed. Check-in was unacceptably late. Room was not clean. Late night, construction spoiled this day.

Location is really great. Room smelled old and musty , outdated decor. Bottom floor window did not lock. Beds lumpy. Hotel is part of Villa Rosa Hotel so check in and desk are next door. Very limited parking, no staff available for and questions or issues. Free breakfast was a joke. Half muffins, 1 waffle maker for 10 people waiting. Coffee was empty , cereal selection was good but no milk or bowls. 4th of July weekend and the location was awesome so that was the only saving item.

This hotel shares its front desk with 2 other properties and you notice it. There are no in room tea / coffee facilities, no in room guide to tell you that you must leave the ticket on the door to get serviced, and no ticket to do so. Our room had a mattress upside down and light bulbs missing. We informed the front desk and nothing was done about it. Overall the whole place feels very worn with Un maintained electrical outlets and aging bathrooms. There are better options nearby.
