The front desk operator was helpful and polite. The room was very nice and clean. I have absolutely no complaints. We will stay there again on our next trip to Hot Springs

Front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room however was a little less than satisfactory. The furniture needs to be cleaned. There is a hole in the wall behind the sofa. The hair dryer is a fire hazard. The deadbolt on the door will not lock because door is out of alignment. Our bathroom had multiple strands of hair in and around the bathtub that didn't come from us. There is absolutely no information in the room about the services, and the phone didn't work when we tried to contact the front desk. There was no information either at the dining room or the in the room stating the hours that breakfast would be served.

Nice place to stay not to expensive. Everything was excellent except my shower would not turn on and only one lamp worked other than that the staff were friendly. Great experience overall.
