Good Place , easy acess close to the city , rooms are getting a bit worn but still ok.

Arrived very late, after reception had closed. Received late check in instructions which provided me no issues.
Older property with ok amenities, older air conditioning. No ventilation in the bedroom, on the hot night that I stayed it would have helped to have a fan of aircon in the bedroom.

Felt the place could of done with some maintenance.
Cleaned better .
The bathroom sink plug hole was black .
Over the years of staying the price has more than doubled and the place is getting worse .
