大浴場があって嬉しかった。
もう少し利用しやすいレストランやコンビニ的なものがあればよかった。

I booked Chiba Okura as I was satisfied with stay in Fukuoka Okura. But there was big differences in facility and service quality between Chiba and Fukuoka. In Chiba
1) No free water is provided unless you dont have Okura membership (i haven seen any hotel which doesn provide free water) 2) breakfast quality is far behind of the quality of Fukuoka.
Hotel gave a smoking room saying that I selected it but I couldnt find such selection from my booking email(I wrote non-smoking room in special request as i am a non-smoker). but the hotel staff wont change my room(saying that a no non-smoking room remained) until they found there is a mistake in their side)
i paid around 235usd per night , but i felt like staying 50usd-per night hotel in terms of service rendered by this hotel.
