    We stayed here because we attended a wedding and the reception was at this facility. We had breakfast at Canto restaurant on site and it was excellent both times. The area is quiet and a great place to go for a walk. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

    Really enjoyed our stay! Close to the subway. Parking was convenient. Friendly staff and the accommodations were great!

    lovely place, great atmosphere, helpful laid back staff, air conditioning in room didn't work very well, but loved the room otherwise, great whirlpool tub!

    Checking in was perfect, I let them know that my daughter should be arriving at 9;30pm to visit me, & asked if there would be a restaurant open, nice lady who checked me in, said they close & to contact her if my daughter was going to be eating that way she would have her dinner or snacks ready for when she arrives, she got off early and made it to restaurant, second question that I asked was how to book for a massage at their spa, same nice lady told me to contact front desk at 9am next morning, I said thank you, not this conversation took place during check in and after I received my fobs, I also mentioned that I was flying out on last flight to another province & I was flying back on first flight next morning, arrived to THEEE Old Mill at 7:45am & proceeded to my room, fob didn’t work did the walk 3 time before told that there was a phone to use near elevator, got in finally, instead of falling a sleep, stayed awake till 9am to make that call in regards to booking a massage, was told they were closed, obviously was frustrated, cause I could of had a nap, with an alarm set, we guess what? Slept till 10:57am, called to book a massage at anytime they had available, was told they were completely booked up! Understandable, so next best thing, we called for room service, hahaha closed!!! So I asked if there was any thing close or another restaurant on premise, No no & no, was answer I got, Order uber breakfast, took a nap, woke up at 3pm took a walk and from the elevator window I see guests sitting at a restaurant that is attached to hotel, and ppl were eating when I was told restaurant on premise is closed from 11am -6pm. Proceeded back to desk and asked why would they tell me or wouldn’t tell me that there is a restaurant that’s open? Their answer it’s NO longer a part of the hotel! I was dumbfounded, I said, if your not allowed to promote the restaurant because it’s not a part of the hotel due to what ever, it’s not promoting to say yes there is a restaurant but we are not affiliated, and you can’t get room service, not to mention my daughter is type 1 insulin dependent, and was told nothing on premise 11am-6pm for food, but the other restaurant that was open, is ON their property. 2nights *** Ordered uber 4 times to hotel. Was so upset didn’t want to give them any more business! When I seen the nice lady that checked me in, filled her in on what took place, her comment “ misunderstanding “
