    Hotel is one street back from the waterfront, 15 mins walk from the twin towers memorial, 20 mins walk from Battery City and close to harbour cruises, public transport and restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was not having a view from either window, but that was a minor concern.

    Positively ginormous by New York standards. Very quiet too. A bit out of the way, but convenient if you’re working in the area.

    Hotel location is good, and I felt safe in the area. We stayed in room 308, which had two windows, but they faced the neighboring building, so there wasn’t much sunlight. You also couldn’t really tell what the weather was like outside since there wasn’t much of a view. It was nice that we could store our suitcase for some time before our flight. I would definitely stay there again.

    The hotel front desk staff were all professional and poised. I can’t remember all their names, but I remember George who was very helpful. All of them offered excellent customer service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable! We loved our stay. I appreciated the little distance from all the hustle and bustle, but the subway stop on Wall Street takes as little as 5 minutes. Very pretty area. I would definitely stay there again.
