I would like to say how lovely my stay was after reading some of the more negative reviews and feel the hotel has either acted on the previous feedback or the other guests were unfortunate in their experience.
I had very helpful exchanges with the reception staff.
I arrived late in the evening, the bed side lights were on and the windows slightly ajar making for a nice welcome. The room was a good size. Tea and coffee making facilities (with tea spoons) Only recommendation I would suggest is mugs are stored upside down 😊
The shower room large and clean and when I asked about a hair dryer, one was delivered within minutes. The TV in my room worked well. I was able to hear another TV in a nearby room but not enough to disturb me.
The location is great, far enough from the city to be quiet, close enough to get in to the city in a short walk. Also on the bus route (can tap on using bank card/phone) Luggage room to store my luggage and was able to use the car park to come back and collect it once picked up my car.
Don't be put off by reviews, a great price for it's location.

My stay was so pleasant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is the most important part for me. It's walking distance to restaurants and shop. Also walking distance to Sky Tower where the bus terminal is located. I felt safe during my stay.
