The staff was great, the whole process was smooth. The hotel was clean, we had no issues with our room. We stayed during the Victorian sleighbell parade weekend, the hotel wasn't super busy, but located 5 mins from downtown. Will be back next year

Every thing was great. The only thing was they stated that there would be 24/7 coffee and they only had decaffeinated and not regular.
