Staff is excellent. The food at all spots did not disappoint, other than the deli/buffet by the main pool. We would definitely stay here again. The views are incredible and the property goes above and beyond to make sure guests have carts/shuttles/taxis to get to where they want to go.

Beautiful resort. Complaints: getting around the resort is not easy - golf carts will pick you up and take you where you need to go and sometimes they are not very timely. Booked an all inclusive and almost every place had extra charges. The beach is not swimmable. I’m not trying to knit pick but small things that threw me off were - toilet wasn’t straight, outlets were few and far between, screen doors were not in the guides.
Now. It was a wonderful time for my wife and I. The views were stunning (especially at sunset). The staff were wonderful and everyone was super helpful. The night life was decent but it seemed like there was only one place at the resort to go to.
If someone were to ask me where to go in Cabo, I would tell the Riu Palace. I wouldn’t tell someone to not go to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, but I would encourage you to weigh your options.

Me and my family went for my birthday. When we checked into the resort, it was acknowledged, and the lady gave us a huge upgrade. The resort was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return for another trip.
