The Room Was Dirty And Had Something On The TV That's Wouldn't Come Off Covers Had Holes In It

The front desk allowed ppl t have keys to our room .. not once but 3x. I'm stunned. Literally tried to find a solution and manager told us to leave. FURIOUS

They were roaches in the bathroom. The bed had no blanket all sheets. None of the amenities described were available. There was no internet, no ice machine. And the service was substandard. The desk employees acted like they didn't even want to talk to you. The housekeeping staff however were hard working and polite.

We stayed there for 3 weeks, because we're not from up there and my Mother is disabled in a wheelchair. They moved us from room to room and then lied and said they were closing down because they have to paint and ordered to by the state. They lied they're still booking rooms I'm suing for discrimination of disability. They are rude, cruel, obnoxious Indians who talk to you anyway they want and threaten to call the police when you ask for a refund because we booked another week and they didn't tell us or have any signs up that they're closing. It's loud and noisy, people playing music all night and roaches and flies everywhere. They keep the front door open all day. They have the nerve to be expensive when that's a dump and Tyrone the manager needs a lesson on how to speak to people. That's a 0* hotel dump. By me being a Author the world will know once I'm done.

Staff was rude, the receptionist left to make a alcohol run and left us standing there for 30 Minutes. They have so many roaches. It was gang activity and drug activity everywhere. Our Jacuzzi didn’t work. The air-conditioning was leaking. We didn’t get a remote. Everything was bad.

Very unorganized, rude, roaches inside room. Computer system is very old and not accurate for reservations. A nightmare experience. 💔

This place is under rehab and the room was not ready, old sheets, hot tub Jacuzzi not working, burn holes all over and cigarette ash in the Jacuzzi.

Terrible

The room smells like cigarettes, and I can tell that the room hasn't been cleaned before because of a random pretzel chip on the floor.

There is no fridge nor microwave in the room for anything and the motel is under construction as well and there is no ice mechine for ice nor is there any accommodation for breakfast or coffee.

It had roaches bed bugs and sheets was stained . That place needs to be shut down ..

It was unsanitary and nasty

Don't have the absic amenities like refrigerator. A central microwave was there, not clean. Additionally, the room was so dirty. Worst experience.

I don’t like it

Had to wait to check in “until the guy gets here for his shift” bc the other guy said his shift was over. Bought food & drinks for a few day stay.. just to find out there’s no fridge in the room. All the food went back. No microwave at all either. Staff said that neither of those are in any of the rooms. The elevator is extremely unsafe and hasn’t been evaluated for safety and usage ever. No posted signage. The dresser in the room had only tiny knobs on one side the other side was missing. COMPLETE WASTE OF $$$ NOT WORTH EVEN $40

Room was dirty when we arrived and they wouldn't change it... Bed smelled of piss

For the money this was perfect for me. Solo traveler, stayed a few nights. May stay again. Obviously not the best hotel that I’ve stayed in but again it was great for the money and the photos were actually accurate.

not clean not safe

Smells awful, lobby has a public microwave and casino machienes. When I arrived early I asked if I could check in or when I'd be able to, I was rudely told they were closed despite obviously being open after waiting 30 minutes and still unable to even talk to the staff, I gave up. I was unable to get a refund even though I never even got to my room. The area is also a little shady.
