The property was nice! The room not so much! They stuck us in the lower level with no view except air conditioning units! The hotel had no restaurant and no breakfast as avertised on your site! They charged for daily parking!! They also made mistakes at the front desk when charging for incidentals! What a shame! I would have considered coming back to that place but after all of that, I think not!

We use Marriott Hotels throughout our travels. The location was lovely. The rooms were okay- What surprised us was that there was no breakfast offered or a bar area. I’m not sure if we ever stayed at a Marriott that didn’t have some sort of eating area or bar.

Our villa unit was nice but it was on the lower level, actually the entrance was in the basement but there was a walk out patio so it was nice. Be aware that if you’re not a vacation club member you won’t get the nicer unit. Other than that the villa we had was nice. The freezer in the refrigerator wasn’t working and they sent someone over right away. Very clean and nice.

The grounds are beautiful with an amazing outdoor pool with plenty of seating and shade (we didn't use the indoor pool, but looks really nice too). The staff here are incredible--5 stars! They warmly greeted us the second we opened the doors; they were pleasant, professional and genuinely seemed happy for our stay at the property! Very welcoming and it was refreshing in a time where customer service is seriously lacking! Our unit (building 5, second floor, unit 14) seemed dated; needs new carpet (stained in many areas) and a new mattress; the mattress was a king and on both sides had huge sunken in dips (a taco bed with a hump in the middle). Neither of us slept well, in fact, my husband ended up pulling the cushions off the couch to make a bed on the floor. I reported the bed @ check-out the staff said they would've gladly replaced the bed had we reported it and I should've after the first night, but we were only staying for 2-nights on this trip. Otherwise, the location is great, pool is perfect, staff was amazing; over the top customer service, and we enjoyed our stay!

We didn’t care for being booked in a basement room with no patio or outside space. If you’re a “member”, you get better choices. It was expensive for what we had. No I wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel is actually a vacation resort and it is extremely nice and well maintained. I have been coming here for many years and it is my go to place in Branson. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey, and with the new parking fee of $15/day it makes it even more expensive. We got a room in the bottom floor (underground) but for a one night stay this was just fine! Positive: very clean, activities, beautiful pool, ample seating at pool and resort, good workout facility. Negative: workout facility is too small. With the amount of guests during peak summer days it gets really crowded in there! Several years ago they used to do the splash contest at the pool more often and this was a highlight for our family, but they don’t do that as much. The activities are not quite as good as they used to be 6-8 years ago. $15 per day parking is a big bummer. The room we got had a bit of a muggy smell/feel to it when we first got in there but we cranked the air and it caught up and was very comfortable (it was an extremely hot day out) so the air was having a hard time keeping up. unfortunately this time we had to leave really early as my daughter got sick, which was a huge bummer but not a knock against the hotel, just disappointing for sure considering the amount of money we paid and didn’t end up doing anything the day of our stay.

The pool layout was nice, however there were a lot of dead beetles around the pool / hot tub area as well as debris from the trees floating in the pool. We enjoyed the pool, just be aware. The pool bar was nice and had a decent selection of food and drinks. The room was average and dated. We stayed in the first floor which felt like the basement. We liked having a kitchen and laundry in the room so that was nice. The entrance door to our room was open to the outside, so we ended up getting lots of flies in our room (motel like). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is also a nice selection of daily activities at the resort. The resort is very centrally located to shopping, activities and restaurants, which was a big plus.

It was super nice and cheap when it’s their down season. they explained everything including smoking areas as well as activities we could do on property or off. they even gave us coupons to some places and gave us a near map of all the attractions etc

Rooms were great. Good size. I called to see if we could check in a little early and was told yes, but when we got to the hotel, the room wasn’t ready, so a slow check in but all in all good. I was disappointed that I wasn’t told there was a $15 a day car fee. That was a surprise.

Our rooms toilet was broken. We contacted front desk 3 times. They'd send a maintenance person and say it was fixed. It never was for the 3 days. We would have to use the Resorts restrooms in lobby. We asked for a new room. For 2 days They'd continued to check if there was a room, answer was always NO. The property & room was clean, however ice maker didn't work in kitchen. Our family was with us and they have a time share and they room was great. We told

We loved everything! The resort was beautiful, accomodations were great, so many things to do! The only thing was the pool and spa were constantly down for maintenance which was super frustrating being that we were there for a week. Both pools and spa. Hopefully next year when we come we can experience them with our grandkids.

After staying at two other hotels on our way across states to Branson this was a breath of fresh air! Room was so clean and all the amenities you could want and the bed was so comfortable. Even my 6 year old was raving about how nice the room was. The indoor pool was perfect and heated which was nice and apparently hard to find in Branson MO and there were great activities that you could join in with others which just such a nice touch. Highly recommend this property and will seek out Marriott properties in the future when looking for hotels.
