    Room had filthy floors, moldy shower curtain and shade that did not cover window unless you pulled it forward from window. Towels smelled like fried food. Staff brought another shower curtain which I had to replace that was wet along the bottom and moldy too. Floors were so dirty that it made our bathtub dirty just from us stepping on the floor to get in the bathtub. Office check in is so fancy but the hotel part is filthy. Disappointing stay! Staff promised our room would be mopped 0800 the next day but no one showed up… got up early on my vacation for nothing.

    I've stayed there twice - the first time has solo, got a great Studio Suite, great price, really nice! So I booked a second visit, with a group and this time got a motel room... it was pretty sad, felt more like a Days Inn... the staff was great and I'll book them again probably, but if I do I'll make sure it's a suite not a motel room.

    The only good things would be the location and cleanliness! From the unfriendly welcome at checkin, to being given a room we didn’t book, to waiting an additional 3.5hrs for our room to be ready, to dealing with more less than pleasant staff, all to find out the rooms are SUPER loud! As in we could hear exactly what the people next to us were saying! NOT the clientele, staff and facilities we have experienced at Westgate Resorts across the country! We will not be back!
