The hotel is located at a serene place, the quiet and natural scenic beauty, alongwith the mountain view, everything was fantastic. The stay was comfortable the facilities were top notch, the hot water, cleanliness, tv, seating and sleeping facilities were very good. The food is so tasty, you should try kumaoni chicken, the cook is fabulous. Overall I would recommend everyone to atay here ans experience it. Its only 10km from Nainital

Differ with other reviews,found staff behavior poor and facilities poor. No heater, flush malfunction, power cuts, water shortage, hygiene issues and many more. Customers shouldn't experience such problems.
