The room was very clean. We had room 125 on the further end of the property. It was very quiet and near woods. Also close to the dumpster though. Pool area was clean water was cool but warm compared to the 54-degree ocean. lol the breakfast was really nothing (not like the picture on site). I don't get baked beans for breakfast? they were doctored up pork and beans. Chairs at table in the room are too low for the table. There should be a light over the desk area. Nice chairs to sit out on the deck. Plenty of grills and picnic tables. Play area for little kids and bigger ones too.

Just there for one night. The person who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for a fresh lobster dinner. Room was adequate. The grab-and-go breakfast available was enough to at least have a quick bite without having to stop somewhere to find a breakfast place.
