Staff were friendly, clean room, super nice pillows, the microwave was a bit too loud for my liking but, that's my personal opinion, still was good, and mini fridge, that was good too as it kept our drinks nice and cold. Enjoyed my stay but, will say that the walls aren't exactly the best as we could hear these people in I believe the room next to us just, being loud aaaalll night, as if they don't sleep but, regardless of that, good bed, for sure slept good still.

Great price, sweet spot. Room was clean, check in easy, I requested a room upstairs and was given one. Thank you! Love how the rooms and parking are set back from the street. Even liked the trains. The free drink and real breakfast made this place really special. Did I mention that it's walking distance to downtown and Riverfront Park? Thanks Hotel Ruby for a great stay!

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. It was nice to have a free drink at the bar. It was a bit noisy outside at midnight and at four am from other guests. The room could use a bit of maintenance as well.

I’ve stayed twice already and would recommend over and over. I actually just booked for February for my daughter and her husband as a little getaway. Love the location, staff was really friendly, room was great ,breakfast was good and is conveniently located to so much with in walking distance. I will be back again that is for sure. Thank you for providing such a good experience.

Room and staff were fine, but they held half of my deposit with no receipt provided to the email I gave at the front desk explaining the charges, I did park onsite but was told it was free, not sure what I was billed for. Not a good business tactic, I won't be back because of this

One minor annoyance is that while the hotel claims to have a free breakfast and a free drink at the neighboring bar, they don't tell you upfront that there is a mandatory $10/night "entertainment fee" that covers this breakfast and bar visit, whether or not you actually use either of those things.

The room was super clean and really quiet despite being right by a main road with bars, restaurants, and venues within walkable distance. The bed was comfortable and room temp stayed perfect. The breakfast options at Ruby’s were great and tasted amazing. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and personable. Highly recommend!

The room was mostly clean except the cups (both and their lids) were really dirty around the rim and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the holder as there was no bar to hold it in place. Otherwise it was great and super quiet and cozy.
