Honestly, if you are looking for a cheap, clean place to stay this will do. Its under construction, im sure it will be amazing once done. Our room was old, slightly falling apart and loud to the noises next door, i failed to sleep night 2. The bed was hard. Breakfast was weird. But I felt safe. The workers were very nice.
