You’re definitely paying for the view here, the view of the pyramids is absolutely amazing and probably the best part of our stay. The mattress and pillows were also comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. However, the air conditioning in our room was leaking, which was inconvenient. The food was also a bit disappointing. It was quite basic and, in my opinion, overpriced for the taste. We stayed at Helnan Dreamland afterwards, and surprisingly, the food there was way cheaper and tasted much better, even though it’s a 5-star hotel. The receptionist, however, was very nice and helpful. He assisted us in arranging our Cairo tour. Unfortunately, the tour itself wasn’t quite what we expected. We spent more than an hour driving around khan el khalili finding a place to drop us off. We were also just driving around the Citadel couple of times before he was able to find where the entrance was which left us with very limited time. We ended up having to skip Khan el-Khalili. Overall, the pyramid view was fantastic, but there are a few areas where the hotel and tour arrangements could be improved.

It was good. But few amenities were missing fo example toothbrush, tissue box. I think with these arrangements our stay would have been much better. Also should have more breakfast option. Also, during checkout we didn’t have anyone to help with our luggage. There were too many heavy luggage also our toddler. So it was really difficult to manage everything. Other than that it’s a good place to stay, specially the view of the pyramids was amazing.

Most of us gets swayed by how good the room photos look with the view. But non of those look like that. The pyramid are behind lots of old building, electric poles and noise from the local bazaar will kill your sleep. The hotel staff was so casual, we did not get breakfast any of the day.
