Incredibly friendly and helpful staff; excellent, spacious room; complimentary mulled wine and lovely 5th floor balcony bar; and a great location near Prague central station. Would happily stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!
First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of both the main train station and the Old Town. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the receptionist made us feel very welcome.
The receptionist kindly gave us a map, which we used to explore the area during our stay. At check-in, we were also given a voucher for a welcome drink, which we could enjoy at the terrace bar. At check-out, we received a £20 discount voucher, which was a lovely bonus.
The staff were extremely helpful with everything and made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location!
