The Apartment room was fantastic. It was SO QUIET! We didn't hear anything from outside the room. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully functioning air conditioning (which was rare and appreciated during our 40-degree weekend stay in Prague). 3 of us stayed here very comfortably. Location is excellent in the New Town and super close to primary metro stations. Bedding, towels, sheets all clean and super comfy. We were able to leave our bags behind reception after check-out until we needed to head to the airport, which was a huge help. The staff were clear, present, and lovely.

The final winding stairs up to the apartment are slim and steep in parts. Just something to be careful with if you have a very large suitcase or are less mobile.

Very clean and a great location for exploring the towns, with a good distance to the train station. Pleased with the shared kitchen and fridge facilities

I was in a basic room not it was clean and comfortable. Use of the sauna was fantastic, really made my stay! Location is central and perfect for your stay in Prague. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated

The tub in the room was fantastic, and the spa facilities were exceptional.

1. The room was too hot, and if I opened the window, the noise on the street was unbearable. 2. Our clean wasn't cleaned, we had to inform the receptionist to arrange for it to be cleaned after we checked in. 3. The hand soup was really smelly. 4. Noise cancellation was awful, we could listen to other guests’ voices and chatters and laughter.
