The hotel was a gift from Cuban government offer to Vietnamese that located on the West lake .The view in room look out the lake and landscape around are so beautiful!

The stay was overall just okay. The hotel is very outdated and could really use some upkeep. The location is decent, with a few places within walking distance, but it’s a bit far from the main road. The breakfast buffet was average, with limited variety, and much of the food was cold on the buffet line. The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I would not stay here again.
