    The breakfast included was decent. Good location, easy to walk to and from places. The gym was limited but workable. The staff was helpful.

    I had no usable Wi-Fi in my room for two consecutive nights. On the first night, I reported it to reception and was told to connect to the hotel’s “general Wi-Fi,” but the signal was very poor on my floor and in my room. The receptionist then agreed to arrange a room change. He wrote the request down and told me to pack my belongings, assuring me that when I came back the next day, the room would have been switched for me. When I returned the second night, nothing had been done. The new receptionist said the room wasn’t changed because I “didn’t inform them in the morning,” even though the request had already been recorded the night before. When I questioned this, he was rude, spoke down to me, and showed no apology or service recovery. The third time I went down to follow up, the staff member simply asked for my room number, took my key cards, and told me “not now,” without any proper conversation or explanation. The receptionist from the second night was also present at the counter but stayed quiet and did not offer any clarification or help to resolve the issue. Because there was no working Wi-Fi, I had to use additional mobile data for essential matters, which caused extra cost. Overall, a very poor experience. I do not recommend this hotel.
