My only concern was the hot tub was broken and only one of the ice machine worked. We I book a hotel I try to include a hot tub

We stay at this same establishment every year around the same time for a local event that is hosted. We continue to come back due to it being one of the only hotels that offers a room with a jacuzzi tub. Some of the staff has a lack of knowledge and is not helpful, the kitchen staff didn’t have the breakfast out until after an hour it was supposed to one of the mornings. And the man didn’t seem like it was an issue. So we left and went to eat somewhere else.
