    -Decent family stay -Tasty food & neat dining area -Courteous staffs -Welcome drink was given -Room service was there upon request Disappointments: Got to know that the spa is not functional. Steam bath is possible for villa stay only. Not for room stay. Not informed about this at the time of booking. Our room had no balcony for beach view. Tata sky not activated Internet will never get coverage in ur room to view other options in smart tv or the same voucher code can’t be used thru out ur stay No towel art was kept in the room as shown in google pics. Area of improvements: Hangers should be fixed in bathrooms. Our room was shifted and noticed few things are not found in given room that were present in 1st room like table lamp, fridge, kettle, brush paste etc. All standard room should be given same level of amenities. -It’s high time that shower bath should be introduced in the pool area. Also it’s located outside the compound without any privacy. The temporary toilet is not in use and so not cleaned too. Giving 4 stars mainly for these reasons only. Bath tub can be added to the rooms. -Car parking area can be maintained in better way. Any kid friendly activities (indoor games ) can be introduced to engage them. Iron board , hair dryer hangers , Microwave , safe locker and Induction stove etc will be given on request basis. -Most of the staffs are speaking only Hindi. English with basic Tamil would be helpful too.

    This property exceeded expectations with it's fantastic location, clinliness and attentive staff.

    They dont have a spa yet. I was really disappointed bcoz there was no explanation anywhere regarding the spa was under construction. Secondly the staff were really slow. We need to ask everything twice. Apart from that i had a good stay and the kids enjoyed the pool.
