    Our family of 3 stayed here in Oct. There is no elevator from street level to lobby, but small one up to rooms. Very small room, not a lot of space to unpack suitcases. Wonderful staff made up for lack of space. Good breakfast. 2 blks to metro, lots of places to eat around. and small grocery store across the street. Will organize taxi to airport.

    Agoda represented and sold this hotel as 4* but it's only 3*. Agoda have ignored the complaint so taking legal action.

    Great location and value for a few days in Paris. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    The elevator was not working and my mom who has respiratory issues had to climb up and down 3 floors everytime we went out. They mentioned the availability of kift on the site but it was broken down. Very disappointed, but breakfast and other cleanliness was good.
