Amazing hotel, staff are adorable, so pleasant and always a smile on their face, we had the kota bahru suite and wow wow wow didn't want to leave, breakfast was amazing, so much choice and lots made to order,

I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous.
