    I stayed here for three nights. The location is a bit faraway from the old quarter and touristic attractions. Most staff didn’t speak English well so I had to use Google translate to communicate with them. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. They also welcomed me with sweets and fruits which was really a treat after a lengthy flight. The hotel needs a bit of renovation and better sound proofing as it was noisy at night since you could hear people talking in the corridors. I also booked a double room with a garden view but got a different room.

    I booked a non-smoking room but was first given a smoking room with a strong smell of smoke. I went to the reception to ask for a change, and the staff were very kind and moved us right away. The new room was spacious and looked nice, but the aircon was not working well at first and the phone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to go down again to ask for help. My main concern was cleanliness—there was thick dust on the hair dryer, chair, and inside the closet. One package of my special coffee was also thrown away by mistake. Despite these issues, the staff were helpful and tried their best to communicate with us. They provided everything we requested, such as a kettle and coffee mugs. Overall, the hotel is spacious and looks modern, but they need to improve room cleanliness. The hotel is close to tourist spots—just use Grab for transportation as it’s cheaper and convenient.
